Do you offer shipping? 

Shipping is available for most of Canada. Although shipping is currently not available for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

When will I receive my order?

Custom orders are handcrafted. Depending on the products and volume, orders may take up to a few weeks to be completed, while some will ship within a few days. Do you need it for a special event or date? Feel free to send us a message to notify us.

What is your return policy? 

Custom orders and consumables are non-refundable. It is, however, very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your product. We will gladly work hard with you to ensure your satisfaction.
